In 2015, VALITA constructed a residential house known as KAYA in this land. After the completion of KAYA, four- rooms house, six families moved in. The families that moved in are widows and children who are living with HIV/AIDS and who were discriminated and abandoned by their families in their communities.
VALITA practices and promotes permaculture that the community practices to get sustainable production of crops and teaches others in this practice.
